• Follow all posted house rules and check-in instructions

• Respect neighbors and the community

• Use appliances, amenities, and features safely and as intended

• Supervise children and guests in your party

• Report issues promptly so we can address them

• Vacate the property on time unless otherwise approved

You are responsible for any damage caused by you or your guests beyond normal wear and tear.

• Access codes and property instructions
